What To Expect

The goal of the challenge is to teach you how to lose weight and keep it off while simultaneously assisting you in doing so. You will have two options to join the challenge: General Admission or VIP.

General Admission

Daily Learning

As soon as you join the challenge, you will be able to download the Get Lifted App, where the challenge will unfold. For 21 days, you will receive daily education on mindset, fitness, and nutrition. These classes will equip you with the knowledge to create a lifestyle conducive to achieving and maintaining your dream body and optimal health.

Workout Program

Upon joining the challenge, you will have the option to select either a home workout or a gym workout. Throughout the challenge, you will learn proper training techniques not only for weight loss but also for body sculpting and weight maintenance. The chosen workout program and the information you learn will be your vehicle for success.

Nutrition

We will guide you through the weight loss process by educating you on how to achieve a caloric deficit, the importance of macros, and simplifying food tracking. You will receive the necessary caloric and macro targets for weight loss, with the option to track everything within the Get Lifted App.

Bonus

Mindset Shifting

From Monday through Friday, you will receive a daily message to prepare you for the day and foster an unstoppable mindset, followed by the lesson of the day.

Fitness Challenges and Prizes

Exercise Master Class

Every week, Get Lifted University hosts an exercise masterclass to delve into the intricacies of movements. These Masterclasses will be brought to the Get Lifted Challenge. Each week, you will have the opportunity to practice and present the exercise of the week to the group. The individual with the best form will receive a special prize, announced every Friday for the duration of the challenge.

 

Zoom Calls

Three total Zoom Calls will be held with all the coaches and participants, allowing for questions and expert guidance on achieving your mindset, fitness, and nutrition goals.

Kick-Off Day
